Safeguarding & Welfare of Children
This is an absolutely essential component of any Junior Football Club and as a result of this you can be assured that all coaches at Ringmer Rovers are CRB checked and hold current CRB certificates. This is a mandatory requirement of the club to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in it's care.
The FA state that there should always be two adults (preferably coaches) in attendance and a minimum of one adult for every ten children, with more being required when working with younger age groups.
Tanya Fitzgerald is the club's current Welfare Officer having taken over from Paul Moore who previously held the post but relinquished this due to work commitments. Tanya holds a current CRB certificate and previously worked at Ringmer Community College. If you have any questions or concerns related to any Safeguarding Children matter please email Tanya () and your matter will be looked into.
