Monday 21st June - TOURNAMENT SUCCESS - A massive thank you to all 312 teams who attended our tournament over the weekend - we hope you enjoyed the event. Please do feedback your comments to be in with a chance of winning free entry into next year's event.Saturday 8th May - UNDER 12s WIN CROWBOROUGH FIESTA 2010 - Everyone at the Club would like to send out their 'Congratulations' to Ian and his U12s who won their respective age group at the Crowborough Fiesta 2010. The first set of tournaments of the Summer and the Club have a winners medal to show for their efforts - well done to the whole team.Thursday 6th May - RRJFC TOURNAMENT NOW FULL - The Club are delighted to announce that all 312 spaces in this year's Summer Football Festival have been taken and would like to thank all the entrants for their support. We hope you enjoy the tournament in June and look forward to welcoming your teams to our Club over the weekend of Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th June. Any entries we receive now will be added to waiting lists.Wednesday 5th May - LOST PROPERTY ANNOUNCEMENT - Julia from the U8s has kindly taken all lost property from the container and cleaned it all. If you have mislaid anything during the season please can you email her on with a description to see if it has been found. We are going to hold all items until the end of June otherwise it will find it's way to a new home via the Street Kids Rescue programme we support.Monday 3rd May - UNDER 13s ARE CHAMPIONS - RRJFC U13s clinched Division B of the C&DJFL last week after an emphatic run of victories that has seen them leapfrog to the summit of the table, amassing an amazing 105 goals on their way to clinching the title.Thursday 25th March - RRJFC SIGN UP TO EASYFUNDRAISING - RRJFC are delighted to have partnered up with Fundraising website Easyfundraising which will help generate funds for the Club. Just make your purchases and Internet searches in the normal way, but go through the links on the Fundraising Page and you will help generate various £ or % donations for the Club, with no catch and no hidden charges. Just a couple of clicks. Please do your bit to support the Club and even better get your friends, relatives and companies you work for to do the same.
Ringmer Rovers Under 12's have kindly donated last season's kit to junior football club in Africa. Jonas Helyar, who played for the team last season moved to Zimbabwe in the summer and his mum Louise has made contact with the junior team, based in a poor area of the capital Harare. The old kit is now on it's way to Zimbabwe. Friday 22nd January - TOURNAMENT SPONSOR SECURED - The Club are delighted to announce that they have secured a sponsor of our forthcoming Summer Football Festival. Healthcare Partnerships of Eastbourne have secured the naming rights of the tournament and their financial injection will help the Club put on another great festival in June. The Club's thanks go to Graham Willoughby for helping negotiate this deal which is really exciting news for RRJFC.Wednesday 13th January - ASHURST WOOD U14s WIN FREE ENTRY TO SUMMER FOOTBALL FESTIVAL - Congratulations go to Tim Boxall of Ashurst Wood JFC Under 14's whose feedback was drawn at random from the 60 peices of feedback received about our inaugural tournament in June 2009 - they receive free entry into this year's tournament. So much positive feedback was received and we are grateful to everyone who took the time to do so. Much of this has been acted on and incorporated into this year's event, details of which are on the site.Tuesday 5th January - RINGMER ROVERS JFC SUMMER FOOTBALL FESTIVAL - SAT 19th & SUN 20th 2010 - RRJFC are delighted to annouce that this year's Summer Football Festival will take place on the weekend of Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th June 2010 at Ringmer Community College. Entries are now being invited on a first-come, first-served basis as demand is expected to be high following last year's successful inaugural tournament. Johnny Marr plays for the under 10 Cougars and features as a striker. Johnny is a natural centre forward and has scored three hat-tricks this season already and has picked up numerous Man of the Match awards.
